Piero, born in 1965 in Venice Italy where he studied History of Art at the Liceo Artistico Accademia and lived until 1993 when he moved to Liverpool. Has exhibited his highly personalized interpretation of the contemporary industrial aesthetic internationally.

Piero come from a family with an artistic background from many generations, which helped to master and uses a variety of materials and techniques as a medium to express regeneration and decline within urban culture. Working as a visual artist-designer using also recycled resources he seeks to make sense of the dynamic process of change and transformation within the environment.

Piero funded Studio Liverpool Venice, which is a collaboration of artists based in Liverpool with links in Venice. The organization is involved in Cross Media Live Art Projects, the aims and objectives are to work on historical-cultural-environmental themes. His also involved in the design and production of original craft products, and commission. Through this he is developing SLV as a company. Also is member of Marghera-Venezia-New York, Veneziaeoltre, Europa Veneta (Cultural Associations), E.L.C.A.P. (East Liverpool Community Arts Projects) .

With the ability to work both individually and in collaboration demonstrated by the S.L.V. projects which also provided workshop facilities and an opportunity for artists to communicate Tran culturally and raise young peoples and community awareness of the relationship between Art and Culture and how construction through Art can sublimate the destructive consequence.
